Has my order been dispatched yet? Orders are generally dispatched within 2-4 working days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way. Check your SPAM/Junk folder in case the email isn't in your inbox. If you need more details, please contact us at support@balbud.com.

What if my item arrived damaged? We're sorry to hear that! Please take photos of the damaged item and email them to support@balbud.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will promptly address the issue. Please note, damages due to courier mishandling are beyond our control, but we'll do our best to resolve it for you.

I ordered multiple items, but I received only one. Why? When you order several items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. Rest assured, all your items will arrive; some may arrive sooner than others.
